Our History
Newark Bottling Inc. is located in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake, the title paying tribute to the town's original name (Newark), its storied Canadian history, and NBI's longstanding ties to the area's grape & wine industry.
Ken Hunter, President of NBI and Owner/Operator of Hunter Farms (Est. 1912) has been a trusted grower/supplier to the Ontario wine market for over 50 years. Having experienced the area's continual progression in quality wine production, along with the demand for high end local wines - Ken identified a void in top-notch local bottling.
After establishing this need the next priority was to assemble a team of highly skilled, experienced, and passionate individuals to see this vision through - meet the Newark family!
